Home fitness equipment

Built for the room
you actually have.

Racks that fold flat. Rowers quiet enough for an apartment. We publish gauge, amplitude, decibels and pad gap — the specifications that decide whether you keep using something, and the ones most stores leave off the page.

Straight answers
we will talk you out of it

Start with the space you have

Most home gym mistakes are spatial, not financial. Pick the constraint you are working around.

Strength Training

One pair of adjustable dumbbells replaces about 300 lb of fixed weight and eight feet of rack.

Racks & Benches

A folding rack takes 16 sq ft while you train and two the rest of the week. If you rent, use stands.

Cardio

We list decibels next to watts. An air bike is 78 dB; a magnetic rower is 55. That decides it for most flats.

Recovery

Amplitude, not rpm. Sequential chambers, not one big squeeze. And no claims the evidence will not carry.

What people buy first

How we choose what to sell

Four numbers that decide whether you keep using it

11 ga

Steel gauge on racks. 11-gauge is about 1/8″ thick and does not flex under a heavy walkout. 14-gauge is the budget tier, and you can see it move.

2.5 in

Bench pad gap. The space between seat and back pad sits under your spine when you press. Four inches is common. You feel it by the third set.

55 dB

Cardio noise. A magnetic rower runs near an extractor fan. An air bike runs near a vacuum. In a flat at 6am that is the whole decision.

12 mm

Massager amplitude. How far the head travels, not how fast. Under 10 mm and you have bought a vibration device, whatever the rpm claims.
