Shipping
Orders over $199 ship free within the contiguous United States. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and dimensions of what is in your cart — we do not use a flat rate, because a pair of resistance bands and a 160 lb plate set are not the same parcel.
Most items leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Multiple parcels
Bundles and larger orders often ship as separate parcels and may arrive a day or two apart. This is normal and does not mean something is missing. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
What we do not ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or freight-forwarders.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing us with your order number.
What “unused” means
Assembled, chalked, sweated on or scratched equipment is used. We would rather be clear about this upfront than argue about it later: unpack it, look at it, and assemble it only once you are sure you are keeping it.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered, we pay return shipping and replace or refund it — your choice. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours, and the original outbound shipping is not refunded.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and the item before you do anything else, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. With photographs this is usually resolved the same day.
Before you order
The cheapest return is the one that never happens. If you are not sure a piece of equipment fits your room, your ceiling, your floor or your building, ask us first. We will tell you if the answer is a cheaper product or none at all.
