Every product we sell carries a warranty, and we print the term on the product page rather than burying it here. This page explains what those terms actually cover.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal home training use: welds, frames, selector mechanisms, motors, heating elements and pump units, depending on the product. If a rack upright deforms under a load inside its rating, that is a warranty claim.
What is not covered
- Wear items — upholstery, cables, webbing, resistance bands, and batteries degrade with use. Where these carry a term, it is stated separately and it is shorter.
- Cosmetic marks from normal use. Chalk, chips in powder coat, and scuffed knurling are training, not defects.
- Misuse. Dropping adjustable dumbbells, loading past the rated capacity, using equipment commercially, or mounting a wall rack into drywall anchors instead of studs.
- Corrosion from storage in damp, unheated or outdoor spaces.
- Modified equipment, including drilled holes and non-manufacturer parts.

The term on the individual product page is the one that applies.
Making a claim
Email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs. Most claims are resolved without returning the item — a replacement part is usually faster for both of us. Warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under applicable consumer law, and nothing here limits them.
