Description
Two tools that do different jobs
The massager is targeted and active — you find a specific area, work it for ninety seconds, and move on. The boots are passive and systemic — you lie down for twenty minutes and do nothing. Most people who buy one end up wanting the other, because the situations that call for them are different: the massager before training, the boots after.
Setting expectations
Both of these are well supported for reducing how sore you feel and for range of motion in the short term. Neither is well supported for improving next-day performance, and no recovery device compensates for insufficient sleep. If you are choosing between this and a better mattress, buy the mattress.
Contraindications apply to both
Read the individual product pages before ordering. Compression in particular has genuine contraindications — clotting disorders, open wounds, recent fractures — and they are not negotiable.
