Description
The one piece that travels
A suspension trainer is the highest ratio of training options to packed volume you can buy. Rows, presses, splits, hamstring curls, and every anti-rotation variant, from something that fits in hand luggage. If you travel for work and your training collapses every time you do, this is the fix — not a hotel gym you will not use.
Load rating is about the anchor, not the strap
The webbing is rated to 2,000 lb, which is not the interesting number. What matters is what you attach it to. A solid-core door with the anchor on the hinge side and the door closed and locked is fine. A hollow-core door is not, and neither is a door that opens toward you. If you have a rack or an exposed beam, use it.
Progression without adding weight
You change difficulty by changing your body angle, so the progression is continuous rather than in 5 lb jumps. Move your feet six inches toward the anchor and a row that was manageable becomes hard. This is genuinely useful for anyone rehabbing or returning after a break, where free-weight increments are too coarse.
